Description
The IND COS Cell Assembler operates heat-seal machines, performs leak testing, bonds posts to cover bushings with a burning ring and hand torch, skids completed cells, and connects them into circuits for the next forming operation. The role also monitors quality and nonconformities, supports corrective actions, maintains the production floor, and reports to the Production Supervisor. It requires an 18-year-old applicant, safety and environmental training, basic math and computer skills, and preferably at least one year of manufacturing or factory experience.
