Description
The IND Forklift Operator moves raw materials, racks, skids, grids, pasted plates, finished goods, scrap, and hazardous waste within a manufacturing facility. The role supports uninterrupted production, responds to production needs, labels and logs hazardous waste and scrap, maintains racks and shelves, and complies with plant health, safety, environmental, and quality-system requirements. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires a forklift license, prior forklift experience, safety and environmental training, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
