Description
D3G is seeking experienced independent contractors to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for multi-family apartments and healthcare facilities across the United States. The work includes on-site inspections, interviews with staff, identification of environmental concerns and adjacent properties, preparation of written assessments with photographs, and communication of findings. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible scheduling, reimbursed travel, and compensation on a project or assignment basis; contractors are responsible for managing their schedules, methods, and tools and are not eligible for employee benefits.
