The Periscope Group is hiring an independent Occupational or Physical Therapist Consultant to perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments. The consultant evaluates an individual’s home, provides recommendations for equipment, services, and care, and completes documentation through an online portal. The role requires current Physical or Occupational Therapist licensure, malpractice or liability insurance, reliable transportation, the ability to travel to member homes, and proficiency with technology. Compensation is $135 to $200 USD per assessment, with rates varying by location and assessment type.
