Lila Sciences is hiring a software quality and Independent Verification & Validation professional to build and own automated testing for autonomous laboratory software integrated with real and simulated robotics hardware. The role focuses on Python test automation using pytest, API and Playwright UI testing, CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, Hardware-in-the-Loop validation, test planning, regression and reliability testing, fixtures and test-data management, and cross-functional collaboration with platform, simulation, and human-factors engineers.
