Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is hiring a Therapist role serving children and adults through behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapeutic sessions, crisis intervention, clinical documentation, and coordination with treatment teams. The role may be classified as Therapist II or Therapist III depending on licensure, with opportunities for additional training, mentoring, and commercial or self-pay referrals at the Therapist III level. The position requires a relevant master's degree and Arizona behavioral-health licensure eligibility or an applicable associate license, along with clinical experience, a valid Arizona driver's license, background clearance, and the ability to travel for work-related activities.
