Description
BlueOptima is hiring an independent, commercially-minded lawyer based in India to own and run its legal function on a full-time basis. The role leads enterprise contract negotiations, drafts and reviews MSAs, order forms, SOWs, NDAs and DPAs across England & Wales, New York and Swiss law, and serves as the legal point of contact for the India entity covering employment law and local statutory compliance. It also manages vendor and procurement contracts, data privacy and information security matters, IP protection, and AI-enabled legal workflows. The position reports to the UK-based Head of Finance and requires meaningful overlap with UK and US business hours, hybrid working, and strong English communication skills.
