The Senior Specialist - Technical, Facilities & Workplace Operations will own the reliable operation and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, fire, safety, access-control and other critical workplace infrastructure. The role covers preventive and predictive maintenance, shutdowns, civil works, vendor and contractor management, safety and compliance, budgets and financial governance, AI-enabled analytics, dashboards, sustainability monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 8–10 years of experience in technical facilities management or related engineering services.
