Huron is seeking a Director to lead the establishment of an India Global Delivery Center focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This foundational role involves creating the initial organizational structure, defining delivery operations, implementing AI enablement strategies, and fostering relationships with Microsoft and clients. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics, a proven track record of leading finance and supply chain projects, and strong capabilities in both strategic planning and execution.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with practice-level P&L metrics.
Strong hands-on experience in D365 F&SCM implementation.
Domain expertise in manufacturing, distribution, or financial services.
Experience in scaling or setting up global delivery centers.
Bachelor's degree (MBAs preferred); CA/CPA a plus.
Certifications: MB-300, MB-700, and one of MB-310/330/335, with AI-102 required/within six months.
Deep understanding of D365 F&SCM modules and architectural evaluation.
Proficiency in Power Platform, Azure services, Dataverse, and cloud security.
Knowledge of FastTrack, Success by Design, and Agile ERP delivery methodologies.
Strong commercial awareness regarding contracts, pricing, and deal economics.
Ability to manage portfolio-level resource planning and capacity modelling.
Leadership in AI initiatives, including Copilot governance and risk management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including executive presence and global teamwork.
