Description

The Indigenous Operator Internship is a paid, full-time internship leading to permanent employment in Alberta’s energy sector. Placements begin in Summer 2026 and are limited, with on-the-job training, mentorship, and support for Indigenous applicants. The role covers energy-sector equipment operation, including hydrovac, bulk hauling, vacuum and water trucks, fracturing operations, and service rig crews. A Class 1 or Class 3 licence is an asset but not required to begin, and entry-level applicants are welcome.
