CIMA+ is hiring an Indigenous Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with Indigenous Nations, communities, organizations, clients, and partners across Ontario and Canada, while supporting federal and strategic government opportunities, including potential work with the Department of National Defence and Defence Construction Canada. The role advises project teams on Indigenous engagement, consultation, partnerships, procurement, benefits planning, and community considerations; develops Indigenous Relations opportunities; supports multidisciplinary project delivery; and contributes to strategic pursuits and the longer-term development of Indigenous Relations services. The position combines billable work with business development and relationship building, offers a hybrid work mode, and provides group benefits, retirement contributions, and an employee-share purchase opportunity.
