CIMA+ is hiring an Indigenous Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with Indigenous Nations, communities, organizations, clients, and partners across Ontario and Canada, while supporting federal and strategic government opportunities, including potential work with the Department of National Defence and Defence Construction Canada. The role advises project teams on Indigenous engagement, consultation, partnerships, procurement, benefits planning, and community considerations; develops strategic opportunities; contributes to multidisciplinary project delivery; and helps grow the firm’s Indigenous Relations capabilities. The position is hybrid, offers comprehensive group benefits, and may require billable work alongside business development and relationship building.
