Indigenous Student Success Manager at Green River College

Green River College is hiring an Indigenous Student Success Manager to lead recruitment, engagement, and retention of Native American and Indigenous students and to manage the Indigenous Student Success Center. The role oversees student leadership, coordinates tribal partnerships, develops culturally relevant programs, supports hiring and retention of Indigenous staff and student leaders, and provides enrollment, retention, and completion follow-up. It requires an associate degree or equivalent work experience, at least three years working with Native and Indigenous students, knowledge of tribal protocols and government-to-government relations, and familiarity with regional Washington tribes. The position works Monday through Friday in an office setting and does not offer H1-B visa sponsorship.
