Description
The Indirect Commodity Buyer sources and procures indirect materials and services such as office supplies, IT equipment, professional services, facility-related goods, personal protection equipment, and transportation. The role prepares bid specifications, evaluates vendor proposals, negotiates pricing and terms, collaborates with internal stakeholders, manages supplier relationships, monitors market trends, and maintains procurement records while complying with internal policies and regulations. The position requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of purchasing or sourcing experience, and proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems; it also requires office work three times per week.
