Lam is hiring a Buyer to manage indirect procurement across outsourced manpower, materials, office leasing, MICE, and other indirect materials. The role covers sourcing, supplier onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract and tender management, procurement-to-pay transactions, commodity planning, supplier performance, and procurement process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, business, or a related field, at least 8 years of experience including 5 years in indirect procurement, SAP procurement experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. The role offers hybrid work arrangements combining on-site and remote work.
