Eaton is hiring an Indirect Procurement Category Manager EMEA - Professional Services & IT to manage approximately $80 million of indirect spend across EMEA, including HR, office products, IT, finance, and legal categories. The role leads sourcing strategy, supplier selection and performance management, RFP/RFQ execution, contract roadmaps, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of indirect procurement or supply chain experience, proven Professional Services and IT procurement experience, EMEA experience especially in Europe, and proficiency with procurement tools such as Ariba.
