The Indirect Tax Compliance Manager will oversee sales and use tax, excise tax, and 1099 reporting across multiple states, monitor filing deadlines and regulatory changes, coordinate with external tax advisors, support international tax planning, prepare audit workpapers, and resolve tax notices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field, at least three years of corporate tax compliance experience, knowledge of federal, state, local, and transfer pricing regulations, and proficiency with tax software. The position is based in Pasadena, California, with a pay range of $75,000 to $85,000.
