Commerzbank is hiring an Individual Customer Consultant to provide one-to-one and team-based advisory support to private and individual customers. The role covers account openings, payment transactions, deposits, installment loans, retirement and home savings, securities, and standardized home financing, while also managing existing relationships, acquiring new customers, referring customers to specialists, supporting digital products, and maintaining internal and external networks. The position requires a banking commercial qualification, several years of customer-oriented sales experience, knowledge of banking products, strong German language skills, and good PC and Office skills; it is based on the opening hours of the applicant’s branch.
