Description
ICU Medical is seeking a contracting professional to manage the full lifecycle of individual and integrated delivery network (IDN) customer contracts, including development, implementation, maintenance, amendments, expirations, pricing, terms and conditions, RFP/RFI support, analytics, and process optimization. The role partners with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Field Sales; develops contracting tools and dashboards; ensures policy and SOP adherence; and coaches analysts. It requires a bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of experience, strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and contract-management skills, and involves approximately 5% travel in a professional office environment.
