Description
The role handles the full-cycle administration of individual major medical expense insurance policies, including data collection, policy explanations, customized proposals, application processing, issuance and renewal support, collections follow-up, reporting, and policy registration. It requires at least one year of experience in individual major medical expense, knowledge of life insurance and general policy conditions, strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
