Conair is hiring an Induction Maintenance Lead Hand in Abbotsford to supervise and guide AMEs working on aircraft undergoing conversion into air tankers. The role includes allocating personnel, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, managing maintenance projects, maintaining records, training technicians, coordinating resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with Conair procedures, Transport Canada requirements, safety standards, and corrective actions. Applicants need at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience with leadership capability, a Transport Canada AME M2 License, and successful completion of an AME category M training course; Q400 type training and experience are assets.
