Description
The Industrial Construction Project Manager will oversee industrial construction projects from site visits through client meetings and contract follow-up, managing schedules, budgets, quality, teams, subcontractors, safety, and legal compliance. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering, at least five years of similar construction-sector experience, strong organizational and budget-management skills, knowledge of construction safety regulations, excellent Dutch communication, and flexibility to travel up to one hour to the project. Compensation is a gross monthly salary of €2,500–€4,500, with a company car, vacation days, training, insurance, and flexible work-from-home options.
