Description
The Industrial Controller will provide comprehensive commercial support for an operational site and serve as a sparring partner to operations management. The role independently manages the company, prepares monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans, analyzes KPIs, develops Power BI dashboards, creates financial models and management reports, and optimizes ERP and reporting processes. It requires a degree in controlling, finance, or business administration, 5–7 years of industrial controlling experience, strong budgeting and financial-close knowledge, expert Excel and Power BI skills, ERP experience, and German and English language proficiency.
