Description
The Exploration Company is hiring an Industrial Controller to support development and manufacturing activities in a high-technology aerospace environment. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the role owns industrial costing, labor-cost management, analytical master data, manufacturing-order processes, monthly closing, SG&A budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and finance transformation. The position requires a master’s degree in Finance or Controlling, 8–10+ years of industrial controlling experience, mandatory experience in aerospace, aeronautics, or another high-tech manufacturing industry, and strong ERP and data-analytics skills.
