Description
Glacier Italia is hiring an Industrial Controller to support the performance management of manufacturing operations across multiple sites. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role covers monthly management closing, industrial performance analysis, inventory valuation, production variances, KPI reporting, budgeting and forecasting, product costing, ERP migration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field, at least seven years of industrial controlling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
