Club Kuma is hiring an Industrial Designer to concept, develop, and bring consumer products and packaging from initial ideation through manufacturing. The role covers product research, definition, sketching, rendering, prototyping, feasibility, cost and functionality analysis, and manufacturing execution, with a focus on lifestyle consumer products, beauty, and apparel. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design or a related field, at least five years of consumer-product industrial design experience, proficiency in Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of molding and plastics manufacturing. The position is on-site in Santa Monica and offers $90,000–$120,000 plus PTO, benefits, a 401K, and holidays.
