Description
Alpine Silica is hiring an industrial electrical and controls technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated plant control systems and equipment at its Willow Park, Texas operations. The role covers PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, motors, motor controls, electrical circuits, conveyors, bucket elevators, washing and drying equipment, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor sourcing, and documentation. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of combined schooling and industrial experience, and preferably an associate degree and Journeyman Electrician License. The position requires off-shift, weekend, holiday, overtime, and outdoor work in adverse conditions, along with physical work at heights and lifting up to 50 pounds.
