The employer is hiring a Team Leader in Industrial Electricity in Melle to supervise approximately three fitters or electricians, guide less experienced colleagues, install, connect, and commission electrical installations and cabinets, perform interventions on existing installations, coordinate the team, and contribute to site and project teams. The role requires at least five years of industrial electricity experience, knowledge of electrical cabinets, cable trays, conduits, and industrial machine connections, leadership qualities, excellent Dutch language skills, and mainly travel to customers in East Flanders. Compensation is based on experience, with meal vouchers, mileage allowance, and negotiable overtime compensation.
