Description
The Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician will support a 24/7 manufacturing operation by diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems, production machinery, motors, motor controls, control panels, sensors, and related equipment. The role includes reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting 480V power and control circuits, performing preventive maintenance, restoring equipment after failures, supporting production shutdowns and startups, documenting work in an ERP system, and coordinating with maintenance, operators, engineering, and contractors. The position requires approximately five years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting ability, independent problem-solving, and the ability to work on an assigned shift with occasional overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency support.
