Description
Optimus Steel is hiring an Industrial Electrician to perform maintenance and repair on plant equipment, machinery, and tools; install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and program electrical and electronic systems, logic controllers, instruments, and control equipment; and report hazards or improper equipment operation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial environment, experience working in extreme weather, physical ability to climb, bend, stand, and lift, strong mechanical aptitude, and successful completion of a written test, interview, and hands-on assessment.
