Cooper Standard is hiring an on-site Industrial Engineer focused on continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency. The role leads kaizen and industrial engineering projects involving workforce optimization, line balancing, capacity and cycle-time studies, plant layouts, material flow, ergonomics, packaging, inventory reduction, financial efficiency, SAP labeling, and project management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, one to four years of directly related experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Office, customer portals, and quality and environmental standards.
