The Total Industrial Engineer supports plant leadership in achieving financial and operational targets by leading cross-functional continuous improvement activities based on TPS principles. The role develops kaizen and JIT plans, improves manufacturing processes and material and information flows, creates standardized work and improvement tools, manages projects, coaches plant leaders, and presents project results. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, flexibility with project changes and working hours, and the ability to multitask. The position offers medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, bonus, and other benefits, with an annual salary of $70,000 to $87,000.
