Luminator Technology Group is hiring an Industrial Engineer to work onsite at its Plano, Texas headquarters. The role focuses on manufacturing performance, production planning, process improvement, equipment readiness, quality and safety oversight, operational reporting, and leadership of production teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience, at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, ERP and database-planning experience, and Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills; a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred. The position requires U.S. citizenship and does not offer visa sponsorship, while medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided.
