Description
The Industrial Engineer 3 will improve factory performance through data-driven analysis, decision support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include manufacturing data analysis, Power BI dashboards, capacity and labor modeling, forecasting, factory layout planning, data validation, productivity improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field with five years of related experience, or a master’s degree with three years of experience, along with experience in manufacturing data, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python or analytics automation, capacity planning, factory layout, and semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work arrangements.
