Description
The Industrial Engineer will improve manufacturing productivity, quality, safety, capacity, and cost performance at the ClosetMaid Ocala facility. The role leads work measurement, labor standards, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, plant layout design, capital projects, process improvement, production balancing, and manufacturing cost analysis while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management. The position is primarily office-based but may require periodic work in the manufacturing environment and may involve lifting loads up to 50 pounds.
