Description
The Production Engineer analyzes production costs, cycle times, and resource utilization; supports supplier selection and qualification; collaborates with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international engineering teams; and develops production processes for new and existing products. The role requires a BS in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent industry certification, along with 0–3 years of production, process, or manufacturing engineering experience and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
