BLOX is hiring an Industrial Engineer to optimize material flow and line-side operations in its manufacturing environment. The role focuses on designing efficient layouts, standardizing replenishment and inventory systems, improving 5S and visual management, reducing material handling and congestion, and leading continuous-improvement projects. The position requires a BS or MS in a relevant engineering field, 3–6 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, and proficiency with Lean, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and related tools.
