Description
The Burlington Raeford Plant is hiring an Industrial Engineer to support textile manufacturing objectives by improving quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. The role develops product performance standards, manages budgets, leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports cost control and automation, and improves production flow through JIT and scheduling practices. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or a related discipline, 3–7 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with industrial engineering methods, Lean/JIT systems, statistical analysis, work measurement, cost control, and manufacturing technology.
