Flex is hiring an Industrial Engineer in Coopersville, Michigan to improve productivity, throughput, and operational efficiency through process planning, work measurement, simulation, production control, Lean, automation, and Six Sigma initiatives. The role reports to the Business Excellence Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, plus five years of engineering experience in high-technology electronics or a related field.
