Ford is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support manufacturing process engineering activities focused on safety, quality, productivity, labor standards, ergonomics, cycle-time analysis, method development, line balancing, equipment and plant-layout changes, value-stream mapping, and cost-saving projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of related experience, and experience with time studies, cycle counting, ergonomics, and workstation setup. The position is onsite, offers medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, and provides three salary-grade ranges totaling $74,300 to $166,200.
