Description
Ford is hiring a Final Assembly Industrial Engineer to drive labor planning, cycle-time optimization, and continuous improvement across Final Assembly. The role partners with engineering, production, skilled trades, maintenance, quality, and UAW representatives to establish labor standards, analyze production constraints, balance workloads, improve workstation layouts and processes, and support new-model launches and product-mix changes. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least three years of manufacturing-industrial-engineering experience are required; automotive manufacturing experience, MODAPTS certification, AutoCAD, lean manufacturing, and production supervision experience are preferred. The position is onsite and does not offer visa sponsorship.
