GlobalFoundries is hiring an Industrial Engineer in Malta, New York to design semiconductor manufacturing systems and processes, improve equipment and plant utilization, optimize throughput and cycle times, analyze data with JMP and Power BI, maintain specifications and safety compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, three years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate engineering experience, and expertise in semiconductor processes and manufacturing analytics. Telecommuting is permitted for less than 50% of the week within the assigned office location, and the salary range is $101,421-$120,000 per year.
