Description
The Industrial Engineer 3 will lead continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations, including value stream mapping, process and work-cell analysis, layout changes, time standards, line balancing, simulation modeling, cost estimation, and capacity planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline and at least four years of applicable, progressive work experience, along with project management, data analysis, communication, and change-management capabilities. Preferred qualifications include advanced data analysis, simulation modeling, medical device manufacturing experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, new product development experience, and facility design experience.
