Molex is hiring an Industrial Engineer to join its Taiwan production team in Sanchong District, New Taipei. The role focuses on establishing and improving standard man-hour and machine-hour systems, analyzing production data, upgrading process capability, reducing costs, improving efficiency, monitoring SOPs and line balancing, supporting abnormal-case analysis, and establishing production dashboards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an industrial engineering-related technical field, manufacturing or production experience with a data-driven approach, and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
