KONE is hiring an Industrial Engineer for its Manufacturing Solutions team in Hyvinkää. The role focuses on manufacturing development, new product implementation, process improvement, Lean standards, factory layout, digitalization, CAPEX projects, and data-driven operations management. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or a similar engineering field, at least five years of manufacturing or development engineering experience, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean methods.
