LAEPPLE Automotive is hiring an Industrial Engineer in Detroit to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for Class A automotive body components. The role covers process analysis, time studies, line balancing, lean and Six Sigma improvements, labor and capacity planning, equipment utilization, manufacturing readiness, quality and APQP/PPAP activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, at least three years of automotive manufacturing experience, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience with relevant manufacturing tools and systems.
