Description
The Industrial Engineer will develop factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios; analyze bottlenecks and productivity; support labor standards, KPI reporting, and cost reduction; and lead cleanroom optimization, manufacturing layouts, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and experience with manufacturing environments, data analysis, process improvement, and productivity optimization. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor or cleanroom experience, MTM and labor standards knowledge, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and Power BI, SQL, and reporting automation experience. The position is based in Villach, Austria, offers a 38.5-hour flexitime schedule, and requires a valid Austrian work visa.
