Description
The Industrial Engineer will develop factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios; analyze bottlenecks and productivity; support labor standards, KPI reporting, and cost reduction; and lead cleanroom optimization, layout, equipment placement, line balancing, 6S, and manufacturing flow improvements. The role also supports global Industrial Engineering, Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, 3–5 years of relevant experience, semiconductor or cleanroom manufacturing experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification, and experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting automation. The position is based in Villach, Austria, with a 38.5-hour flexitime schedule.
