Timpte is hiring an Industrial Engineer for its Lincoln Manufacturing Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role analyzes and improves manufacturing operations across productivity, capacity, labor utilization, material flow, cost, throughput, and waste reduction. Responsibilities include demand flow technology, time studies, labor standards, ERP routings, capacity modeling, continuous improvement, process and equipment change support, KPI analysis, and automation evaluation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience involving process analysis or continuous improvement, and knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean methods, plant layout, and drafting software.
