Lowe’s is hiring an Industrial Engineer for its distribution or fulfillment centers. The role partners with supply chain, operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve network performance through project management, business analysis, budgeting, facility layout, product flow, change management, automation, robotics, and process improvement. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, analyzing warehouse data, developing labor standards, evaluating automation technologies, and supporting cost-benefit analyses. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, or three years of industrial engineering experience plus one to two years of time-and-motion and engineered labor standards experience; warehouse management system and cross-functional project experience are also required. The position is onsite and does not offer visa sponsorship.
